concern about monsoon It's May 17 and yet in the area of talcher in Orissa which should be a pot boiler by this time we are yet to experience a serious heat wave. Everyday it remains a bit cloudy but utterly hot not because of temperature but because of humidity which is quite unnatural in this part of the world. How could the monsoon come into effect without a proper summer? I fear if it will not come at a proper time, it could be an alarm bell for farmers and others. Please can anyone explain what’s going on? I have stopped using POLYTHENE bags. |
