Clean drinking water is being wasted like anything. Even highly educated people don't bother about running taps. Instead of wiping the floors, people waste lots and lots of water in washing their floors with water.

Water tanks on the roof tops sometimes overflows and that water flows down into the gutters...I keep on telling people around me not to waste water.

I think strict measures should be taken by the govt to stop this and common people should join hands. This is really a serious matter!
